We will not differentiate between who is using the device to access the Platform or Services or products, so long as the log in / access credentials match with Yours. We will, at all times, provide the option to You to not provide the Information which We seek from You. 4. We will provide You with the means to ensure that Your Information is correct and current. If You have filled out a user profile, We will provide a way for You to access, review and change Your profile / account on Our Platform subject to certain conditions as mentioned below:

4.1. After You create Your account with Us the name of the User can be changed in the first twenty-four (24) hours only. After the initial twenty-four (24) hour period, if the User wants to change its name, it will be permitted only after the User submits valid identification proof (e.g. passport / PAN card of the User) to the Company via email at contact@yogya-ta.com.

4.2. The mobile number of the User can be changed only once a month.

4.3. The mechanism for logging into the Platform shall be decided by Us from time to time, at Our sole discretion.

5. We adopt reasonable security measures to protect Your password from being exposed or disclosed to anyone.

6. Your Information will be collected, used, stored, deleted, processed, handled, disclosed, transferred, and shared in accordance with the applicable laws of India and subject to the terms in this Policy.

7. If You contact Us via email, We may keep a record of that correspondence.

D. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

1. We use the collected Information to analyse trends, to conduct research, to administer the Platform / Services and products, to learn about each user's learning patterns and movements around the Platform / Services and products and to gather demographic information and usage behaviour about Our user base as a whole. Aggregated and individual, anonymized and non-anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to external service providers to help Us improve the Platform, products and Our Services or for any other lawful purpose. H. MISCELLANEOUS

1. Any violation by You of the terms of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your account(s) apart from any legal remedy that the Company can avail. In such instances, the Company may also disclose Your account information if required by any Governmental or legal authority. You understand that the violation of this Policy could also result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

2. The Company has the right to change modify, suspend, or discontinue and / or eliminate any aspects, features or functionality of the Platform or the Services or products as it deems fit at any time without prior notice.

3. Further, the Company has the right to amend this Policy from time to time without prior notice. The Company makes no commitment, express or implied, to maintain or continue any aspect of the Platform. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Platform / Services.
